How do remove bios password? or How to hack bios password?

Why we are going to remove bios password? 
   Suppose you have home PC .you put Bios password to protect your  PC before accessing windows. .sometimes you forget the your Bios password then how to access your PC. In public systems,Somebody that is college students or public user some illegal action to put the Bios password and left them.At the time your access the system you can't ,then how access  the system ? power off the system then following the method

step 1: Open the CPU

step 2: Remove the Bios battery

step 3: Again put the Bios battery in same Location 

step 4: Close the CPU .

step 5: Now Power On the System .and Access the Windows
